Dr. Rampat and Dr. Trinh on Combating Uncounscios Gender Bias

Dr. Radhika Rampat had a chance to sit down with Dr. Tanya Trinh to discuss unconscious gender bias. Unconscious gender bias refers to the automatic and unintentional associations or attitudes people hold about gender, which can influence their perceptions, actions, and decisions. These biases are often rooted in hashtag#stereotypes and societal norms and can lead to unequal treatment and opportunities for individuals based on their gender. So what can we do about it?
