Caribbean Eye Meeting Recap- Dr. Cathy McCabe

Presenting in sunny Cancun during #CaribbeanEyeMeeting2024, @cmccabe1313 shares her enthusiasm for a promising #MIGS procedure that she says is intuitive to perform. The procedure, which uses an excimer laser probe to create fenestrations through the #trabecularmeshwork without damaging the #Schlemm canal, can be performed at time of cataract surgery or as a standalone MIGS procedure. Eight-year data are compelling, Dr. McCabe says, emphasizing that the procedure resulted in meaningful #IOP reduction and significant medication reduction.
