Why do you want to open your own practice? Do you have a specific niche or service line you want to provide? 2️⃣ think about the patients you would like to serve. Are you interested in #MIGS? Or Refractive #Cataract Surgery? Or being a #dryeye expert? Once you establish your practice's mission and identity and who you want to serve, you can start building your brand, marketing materials, logo, etc.—all the fun parts of your new practice!
